Overview

In 2023 there was a growing market of users who wanted to use a bridging service to move funds from one chain to another.

I led the design of an end-to-end bridge experience. Using iterative innovation methodologies to minimise risk and maximise agility.

Highlights

User growth graph 80,000 to 1.6 Million

Explosive user growth, 80k to 1.6M. Rhino.fi becoming renowned for great UX after major releases.

I conducted data analysis and ran a user survey asking users about bridging. The data was clear!

I ran an ideation session with a cross-functional team to gather ideas. Prototyping ideas during the session.

Done is better than perfect. The MVP of the bridge experience combined two of our existing flows.

v1.0 of the rhino.fi bridge widget combined these 2 flows into 1 seamless experience.

I conducted user interviews to better understand the biggest pain points of our users when bridging.

Based on feedback from users, v2.0 set a new standard for speed and reliability.

Explosive growth followed v2.0 release. Product, marketing , and design efforts compounding.

With buy in from SLT I pushed for v3.0. A universal widget update. Simplifying all DeFi transactions on rhino.fi.
