Overview
In 2022 AI tools exploded onto the scene, one market with valuable use cases was sales.
I led the design of an AI sales insights platform. Consulting on product strategy, delivering low fidelity mock-ups, choosing FE framework, creating demo experiences, and working with the Lead FE Architect to deliver the MVP.
I worked with customers and SMEs to gather, analyse, and synthesise over 60 User Stories for 3 target users.
I experimented with site maps to explore page structures and high level user flows.
I made low fidelity mock-ups to explore information architecture approaches, iterating based on feedback.
I worked with the Lead Front-End Architect to research, recommend, and select a component library.
I created custom data visualisations to make the data more useful for the end users.
I built interactive demo prototypes to share with prospective clients. Securing clients such as Vodafone.
This portfolio is under construction. In the future I will add more details on this page. For now I have visualised an overview of my general workflow. Combining the best of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to build experiences in an iterative and user centric way.
